
The Challenge
Toyota tasked us with bringing a prospective consumer avatar, Andrea, to life for their regional marketing managers ahead of the launch of the 2024 Toyota C-HR. The objective was to ensure key data points and consumer insights were not only communicated, but genuinely understood, retained and applied.
The activation needed to engage large audiences at scale, with the event day hosting three separate groups of between 35 and 50 participants. The challenge lay in transforming static consumer data into an immersive, hands-on experience that could actively involve every participant while maintaining clarity, pace and impact.

The Solution
The task “Investigating Andrea” was created, it involved splitting each group across 7 stations designed to immerse participants into Andrea’s life. Each station required teams to dissect the key points of information on Andrea and apply it to a live problem-solving scenario involving interactive puzzles.

The Success
Off the back of the successful event, we are now being onboarded to create an experience for the upcoming Lexus launch’s regional sales event.
